30am (Off Tuesday and Wednesday) Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The Drop Count Supervisor ensures the proper removal of cash from all gaming machines by following the established internal controls, rules and procedures.
You will report to the Drop Count Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1.
You will manage the Drop Team to include auditing/inspecting work of your team to ensure standards are met, conducting performance management with staff (Reviews, address sub-standard performance), scheduling, and training.
2.
Ensures the integrity of all Drop Team transactions.
3.
You will ensure money is placed into designated boxes and make sure machines are locked after money is pulled.
4.
Ensure each machine is carded with a currency card.
5.
You will maintain security/procedures according to rules.
6.
Sign, date, and stamp all paperwork.
7.
Transports the cart, accompanied by security, to the count room at the conclusion of the drop.
8.
Obtain necessary keys for the drop from the main box.
Return keys to the main box.
9.
Immediately resolve customer/associate/management concerns.
10.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
Read and comprehend simple instructionsSix (6) months prior drop team experience.
